Can't bind ot socket

When I log in to one of the accounts (the admin) on my computer I get a dialog that says "Growl could not bind to the socket...for network notification." works fine on other accounts, and appears to work here after I dismiss the warning. I found another post here with the same problem and I checked the couple of tips there, but they were no help.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
