Music Video style sticky in the works?

After searching the forum I see that the Music Video notification style is based on a queue system and that makes it unable to be sticky?
Just wondering, now that coalescing is available, does that allow Music Video to be sticky? If so, how do I do it? If not, is it in the works? (I don't see a ticket for it - should I submit one?)
Thanks! Love Growl.

Is there any way to get music video like functionality that can be sticky? (like the huge display that takes up the bottom of your screen)?
thanks!

Music video isn't designed for this, and I don't think anyhing that large is either. Why do you need this?

Well, I like music video because you can see the notification from across the room (e.g. with GrowlTunes), the other ones are just too small.
It would be cool also if the speech notification read everything on the notification for GrowlTunes (right now, it seems to just say the play time).

Ok, so a screen saver sized notification would be better for you. But if it was sticky it would leave the first notification on screen until you clicked..

Haha... yeah, screensaver size would be great!
Oh well, I thought with the coalescing thing or if the replacing notifications thing when the subject of the notification is the same that people are talking about would make it possible.
Maybe in a distant future release? :)

I just discovered growl and I think it's a great program. I am in need of a mechansim that allows me to send a notification via a script to the screen in an elegant manner.
I essentially would like to send print notifications to users of the campus computer labs. I really like the music video display option but I also would require the message to stick so I know that the client saw the message. I will investigate other display options and perhaps looking into developing a custom one. Thanks for this great utility.

Music Video will never stick.

Yeah, I have figured that out at this point but I thought you might like to know how people are using this program. Music Video seems to be pretty popular and so I suspect a display option enable the use of more screen real estate will be released sooner or later.
