Theme Problem

So I have my Gorwl working fine... only thing is I would like to use smoke.. or another theme so I select it and it never works! I am not sure why and I restar it but never any luck...

Did you select it under General > Display Style?

Did you select it under General > Display Style?
and I am positive I have it selected...
