I think it would be great to have a possibility to have
a duration time of displayed notification depending on
the length of the message. I've already seen this in a
plugin for LICQ (IM for Linux OS). The duration time
could be configured for example as a number of
milliseconds per a word (or character) in the message.
I know there is a sticky option and it is great for some
cases. It could be quite useful for IM notification (Adium)
where it could be annoying to always click on the message
if you have lot of them. One more thing: could you
make the options configurable on a per application
basis? I mean, not only the type of the notification
but also the parameters.
Anyway - growl is a great job, I'm your fan.
