Hi there,

I am using the Bubbles notification and wanted to change the text so that the words 'New Mail!' do not appear everytime I get a new message.
I went into the Gmail+Growl Preferences and changed the text accordingly to: "<#title#>" from <#authorName#>

but everytime I get mail it still defaults back to the original and includes the 'New Mail' text again?

What am I doing wrong?

With permission from Chris, I'm bumping this to answer (I didn't notice this thread when it was posted, and it has come up on the mailing list since).

Just tab out of the fields or hit enter to make the settings 'take'.
