Unable to change Growl display

I am unable to change Growl's display settings (theme) under Display Options. Whenever I switch to another theme and exit the preference panel, the display theme always reverts back to "Bubbles". Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks all.

Look in general, there is a drop down to change the default display.
