Stickies Styles Kaput!

I just "upgraded" to the newest Growl and now the ONLY notifications seem possible with Plain and Bezel style stickies. Everything was working ok before. I'm using 10.4.4/20" 2GHz iMac/Apple Mail. Also, before I got nice little summaries of the first part of incoming emails. Now I just get the flag that something's arriving at such & such account. So, how come NONE of the other lovely styles work in the prefs preview under Display Options anymore? Huh? Wuhddya think? I was very fond of "Bubbles".

What have you done in order to troubleshoot this issue? I need to know so we don't tell you to do duplicate things.

Ok, plain and abovethenight are webkit/css/html styles. So is Crystal. Bezel is coded.

Music Video/Bubbles/Smoke/Brushed/etc are all coded styles.

Open Activity Monitor and make sure there are not 2 GrowlHelperApp processes running. If not, open Console in the Utilities folder and search for Growl, and see if there is anything useful there.

Let's look at console anyhow. We need to know what caused the problem.

Search for the string "Growl" in console.app, and paste the last 5-10 lines here.

Well, if that's all you need, as I think the problem was what you suspected, I'm going to close the lovely Console and go have a cup of coffee and try not to watch W.
