New User: Nothing seems to work apart from Safari growls:(

I have Growl 0.7.4 and am running OSX 10.4.5 on an ibook 14' 1.33Ghz with 512mb ram.

I have the following Apps registered in Growl:

Acquisition
Adium
Growl
GrowlSafari
GrowlTunes
HardwareGrowler

All of them have all of the notifications enabled.

However, the only notification I EVER receive from Growl is when a download is finished in Safari.

I never receive any other notifications:

Examples: Pluggins in a usb key, removing a usb key, same with digi camera (Hardware Growler)

Itunes: changing tracks.

Adium: Nothing

I also thought that I would have some control over itunes via the Growl menu bar icon or something.

Anyone got any ideas for whats wrong?
