Is it possible to edit the Bubbles style so it has a orange border?
Right now it has a black border

I know how to change the Bubble background and font color in system pref but wanted to change the border to orange instead of black and didnt notice how to do that

No, there isn't.

Growl is open source. You can get the source and modify the border color by hand.

Thanks man I looked inside the package contents and found the style plugins but the bubbles plugin didnt have any images inside to edit

That's because the bubbles plugin does all drawing programatically. You'll have to edit the source itself and recompile.

You're going to need Apple's developer tools and ObjC/Cocoa knowledge.
