New trac url

Trac is moving to
http://trac.growl.info where it is using a nice new updated trac install and all that. DNS may take a bit what with ip caching and all that, but it should work out better for everyone.

why does the roadmap only start at 1.1? plus, you should update the link on the site.

I decided we'd skip .8 and .9 and I hate 1.0 so 1.1.
And ya, url is to be changed.
