Problems using Growl over LAN

I am trying to get Growl to notify another computer on my local home network without luck.

I am using a program called Phlink for my telephone answering machine and caller ID. Growl works great when a call comes in from the main computer. But, I can't get it to show up on the remote machine. I've followed all the set up instructions that have worked for others.

I am getting this error in the console:

Can you make a screenshot of the network tab in Growl on both machines and post it here?

Oh bah, I just got to page two, wait a sec on those screenies.

Ok, here's what is needed:

1) Screenies requested above

2) Network topology map of some kind. List your main machine, the one you are trying to get notified remotely, and what's in between. Routers/switches/hubs/firewalls/etc

3) Check both machines and see if the firewall is enabled.

Well, I was taking screen shots just now and running back and forth when I decided to test it one more time. Low and behold after a week of trying...it works! The sad thing is I have NO idea what was causing it to not work.

I restarted the remote machine and it stopped working again. The main machine had forgotten the server password. I wonder if this will happen each time I restart the machine. So strange.

Thank you so much for looking at my problem. I hate that it magically fixed itself as soon as I posted and got other people involved.
