Color Stripping from Announces (Growl+Colloquy)

Hello everyone,
I have a quick question...
I have Growl set-up for Colloquy (IRC program), which normally is awesome.
But recently, I have a little problem. A friend just set-up an Uno Bot in one of our channels and I'd like to play. The thing is, your hand is given to you via a Notice from the Bot (which comes up as a Growl Announce pop-up).
The problem is: when Growl handles the announce, it strips all the colors from it - hence making my hand unknowable.
Is there a way for Growl to retain the colors?
In the log, the announce appears as follows:
bombice|uno NOTICE You drew: 0[8,1W12D0440]0[4,01 0 0]0[12,01 4 0]0[12,01 9 0]0[12,01 1 0]0[8,01 5 0]0[8,01 6 0]
I figured out how to sticky the notices so that, at least, I can see all the hand.. but without the colors it is pretty much impossible to play.
