Finer logging control?

Hi,
I'm just starting to get the hang of Growl... Using several apps that support it.
After adding Ircle 3.5a4 to the mix, I'm feeling the need for two different types of logs. There are events that are reporting (serious) problems - and I'd like those to go into console.log. But then there are more trivial events (such as the massive amount of irc channel traffic) that I'd like to be either not logged or logged elsewhere, and not intermingled with the console data.
Is there a way to do that with Growl currently?
thanks,
- Dan.
