I'm having the same uploading problems as many other users are having. I went to the homepage and found the nightly builds page....downloaded version Cyberduck-2576
Everything is back to normal now. Let's hope we can squash some of those bugs! In the mean time I would suggest they pull the new version and replace it with the old.
