I get this I/O error after transferring nearly any file. It seems like cyberduck is disconnecting in the background, although the transfer continues until that single file is finished. Maybe keepalives or blocked or something? Please help...
I've got a new Macbook and a Linksys WRT54g v6 router with dd-wrt firmware.
I/O: Connection Lost
Re: I/O: Connection Lost
Oh, and this same situation happens with multiple servers. I connect to 5 different FTP servers and they all have the same issue.cp7 wrote:I get this I/O error after transferring nearly any file. I have come to discover that this phenomenon is not exclusive to CD -- the exact same thing happened to me with the latest successful build of FileZilla for i686-apple-darwin8. I'm not sure how to further approach this issue as the root cause seems to lie in whatever system library CD and fZ use for the ftp protocol.
This is probably a stupid question, but cp7: are you using an Intel-based Mac? I'm on a 1st generation Macbook (Black) with 2GB RAM.

similar problems
YEah, pretty much everytime I have used cyberduck over the years I have had the same problems. I have since purchased Transmit, but wanted to see if these problems were solved to be able to recommend it to a friend. Basically Cyberduck drops connections - using a Queue just does not work. My friend keeps on trying to queue up 10 downloads, goes into work , comes home to find out he was disconnected during the 1st transfer. Has anyone ever gotten this functionality to work?
