Broken Pipe!!!

Post by Mikey Peluso »

I recently got Cyber Duck and everything was working great, I could upload files over 50mb. Now whenever I try to upload something it stops at around 600kb and disconnect. It won't reconnect, help!

You probably run out of quota on your server.

Please contact the server administrator. That you run out of space is just an assumption of mine, he'll be able to tell you.

Plenty of space on server

Yes, I get this problem constantly. But I have barely hit 1 GB on my 7 GB limit. In fact, this problem drove me to leave one hosting company for another. Low and behold, when I switched to the new host, I get the same Broken Pipe errors. By the way, I get this in the log after the Broken Pipe error appears:

NOOP

Strangely, I got the error after Cyberduck finished uploading a 32 MB zip and a 51 MB Quicktime movie. But the files were completely uploaded in their entirety! What is going on?

I'm using Version 2.7.2 (2750) on OSX 10.4.8
