Not working after instal

Hi
not sure what search term to use hence this post. I have used previous versions of CyberDuck no probs but now after update all the commands on the command line at top of screen are grayed out apart from IDisk, Bonjour and History.

I have thrown away the plist file. Any ideas what else might be causing this as a great little app.

After installing the About CyberDuck is grayed out and so is everything under the Help menu so I cannot even register.

I have used previous versions of CyberDuck, very rarely but never had problems in the past. I suspect it is something on my machine but heavens knows what.

Appreciate any suggestions.
