Hi- I use Cyberduck but am not real sure all the time what I am doing. One time I was able to take the folders/files that I have on my website and put them on my external drive and from there I used Backup to back them up. I was smart that day but since then, I have lost gray cells I guess because I cannot figure out how I did it! So in very simple terms, could someone tell me how to backup these folders/files so that Backup can back them up? Thanks! Judy
