When this option is selected the specified download never appears in the transfers window but when switching back to Open New Connection it works just fine!

Anyway really liking a free FTP package for Mac OS X and i'm sure there more important bugs to be fixing than this one Cyberduck is looking good keep up the good work!

This is intentional. When not opening a new connection the browser connection is used and the file transfered without adding it to the seperate transfers window.
