Newbie trying to publish using iweb (first time)

Heya

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can some one give me step-by-step instructions on how to publish an iweb file/site with Cyberduck for the first time!

I get to the "open connection" part and then I don't have a clue. I'm sure on what to enter into the server field. Is this the name servers from my host? My domain name? What about the username and password...is this what I use for my acct with my host? My computer? What?
This is not as easy as it should be....
I gotta say, Cyberduck's Help info is not exactly useful.
