How-to back up domain contents w/ Cyberduck?

Anyone could please tell me why my connection times out when trying to download my entire domain name folder from my hosting firm server?

The http://www.mydomain.com file is 22.6MB and half way through the download, Cyberduck disconnects and says something about the connection having times out.

In Cyberduck Preferences/ Advanced I do have the "Send 'No Operation' command to keep the connection alive" checked.

Also on the Transfers tab > Permissions, I have unchecked Change permissions for both downloads and uploads.

Last, in Transfers > General, for Transfer Files, I have selected: Open New Connection.


Any idea(s)?
