CyberDuck to Auto Synch Files or Directories

Greetings:

Newbie here looking for a way to use CyberDuck to automatically connect to an FTP server directory at set intervals and pull (download) new files found there. The goal is unattended transfers - the FTP server is a waypoint between two disparate applications that don't talk to each other. CyberDuck Synchronization does what I need, but not automatically and not at intervals.

Is Applescript my best hope? If so, anyone done this already and willing to teach me what I need to know?
