List folders at top

Is there a way in the browser window to list the folders at the top, rather than intermixed with the files?

Select View > Column > Kind and click the new browser column to sort by file type.

I spoke too soon. Is there an easy way to list the folders at the top AND keep everything alphabetized, without having to click the "filename" heading then the "kind" heading in every folder every time?
