Wondered why I can't access my ftp
when I type in ftp.(and then the correct name).net inside the quick connect field, and press enter I get the user name and password challange, but after I type it in, then I get this error message:
Network error Connection failed, Connection refused, and below in the toggle transcript it says, 220 Connected to the "my name FTP service", user guest, please specify the the password, then it says 530 login incorrect...
I'm doing this from my mac at home, and my boss says at his home it works, but when I type in the same user name and password as he does I get "Oops Child died" in the browser Firefox.
What to do - I need to upload many files.
