Schedule Uploads

Is it possible to set a schedule to automatically upload a file to an FTP site? Or does all uploading have to be done automatically?

you should be able to use Automator and AppleScript to do that. I'm trying to figure out AppleScript. Anybody a scripter. I'm sure it's not difficult to set up this workflow.
