I'm new here on the forum, and I have used Cyberduck many times before. I've never had this problem before.

I open Cyberduck and connect to the server.

Then I've noticed it says "Listing Directory /" on the bottom left hand side. This takes an extremely long time, and then, I get an error message:

"Connection Failed, Operation Timed Out."

And when I DO get on (after "Listing Directory /" takes another forever moment), zero files show up.

I don't know if the settings are wrong, or what. Can someone please help me? I'm desparate!
