Upload bugs

First of all, your ftp client is brilliant. Thanks for making it!

Now to bugs...

1. In preferences -> transfers -> uploads settings don't show correctly when I open that window, even though they seem to work.

2. I've enabled option to always overwrite files when uploading without asking, so upload should be as fast as possible, but it isn't. For some reason duck checks sizes of every file it plans to overwrite, which doesn't make any sense. Files are being overwritten anyway, so why check size? Its a major problem when uploading 1000+ files.

3. Empty files aren't being uploaded. I think that was mentioned in some other forum thread.
