I can't get English-language localization

I've just downloaded Cyberduck and was getting ready to use it when, upon running the app, I realised that the version I had was in Welsh, which despite being a speaker of another Celtic language, I can't understand a word of. I tried in vain to find a recognisable language setting preference pane, and I even uninstalled and re-downloaded the app in the hope that it was a temporary glitch, but no, it's still in Welsh only. I can't understand why this is: my OS is in English, my ISP is in France. Is there any way of switching it to English, or failing that, French?

Check your language preference setting in System Preferences > International.

Thanks for that; I checked it and for some reason Welsh was first on the list. Problem sorted now.
