Encoding Bug on 2.8

Hi, It seems like the new version of Cyberduck no longer support Japanese encoding support, S_JIS as it did in the previous versions.

Latin encoding doesn't work too. I don't know whether in previous versions it work's right. I've tried different encoding but spanish character doesn't look right in a Finder windows (usin UTF-8 apperas good at cyberduck)
