I'm not sure if this is expected behavior or not so I thought I would see if anyone else has the same results.
I'm using OS X 10.5.1, with cyberduck 2.8.1 (3287). When I open a file into an external editor, both textwrangler and smultron, I get a number added to the filename after the real name and before the extension, for example, index.html becomes index-1.html.
I think this is because the temp directory that cyberduck uses already has that filename in it, so it makes a different one. I thought about writing a script to clean these directories up butthought I would ask here first. Is there anyway I can change this or is this just the way it is?
Any feedback would be great.
Thanks,
Keith
