Problem deleting files/folders from Cyberduck

Hi,

I'm new to Mac and to Cyberduck. I've uploaded files to the Verizon site previously. When trying to delete some of the files using Cyberduck, I get an error message stating "COULD NOT GET FILE STATUS FOR (NAME OF FILE OR FOLDER).

I don't know if this is a Cyberduck problem or a problem with Verizons site. Anyone have any onformation?
