Updating site without loading whole again

I'm using iWeb. Does anyone know how to update a site without deleting the old files off the server and re-uploading the whole site again.

I tried to use the "synchronize" action, but it's not working.

The problem when using Synchronize and iWeb is that iWeb rewrites all files at every update which will give all files a new modification-date and Cyberduck will upload everything.

To be able to only update changed files you will need a program like w2w or similar.
