I can't find the right tutorial for my purposes...

Hello, I want to take my existing websites and download via cyberduck onto my computer. When I check all the tutorials they presume that I have created a website on my computer and now want to upload it.

Does a tutorial exist for downloading from existing webpages? My goal is to download my pages so I have an archived version and then create new content on my websites to replace the older existing content.
