Sync - Cyberduck forgets the settings

G'day,
I'm using cyberduck for doing a sync to a ftp server. I'm syncing about 20GB. The first time I run the sync it asked me at the beginning about which folders and subfolders I want to sync and I made my selection. The point is, and this is very annoying, whenever I resume the sync, Cyberduck will ask again and again to make a selection.
It seems that it can't remember any selections previously made. I only wanna click resume to resume what I already have started and not select/deselect all folders again.
What do you guys think?
