Cyberduck transfers window controls

I can't seem to figure out what the bottom right most control in the Transfers window is. Just to the right of the bandwidth limit selector control is a little window with some arrows. The number in the window can be toggled up to 9. But I can't figure out what this little control is doing. When I toggle it back and forth nothing seems to happen, and there's no label. I'm totally confounded. Anyone like to tell me what I suppose is quite obvious?

Nevermind... I figured out it's the number of transfers at once toggle.
