Files just don't show up!!

I've got this weird problem, and it keeps coming back every now and then, in the latest version and earlier versions.

When I work long on a file, and keep the Cyberduck browser window open, some directories and files disappear mysteriously. When I try to re-create them, Cyberduck starts to quark that the files do excist!

Then I check it in the good old Terminal, and unix ftp just lists the files, and I need to delete them then with terminal, but after recreation in cyberduck, they won't show up again!

very weird. anybody else with the same problem?

i have this exact same problem. to add to it. it's only to one FTP i hit. all my others are just fine. and whenever it fixes itself it's just a matter of time before it goes crazy again.

recently it won't even log on to this site. my username and pass are both accepted but cyberduck just won't logon.

this is very frustrating as this particular FTP is work related and i need to upload files on a weekly basis.

luckily the company has a web interface i can use. i've downloaded other FTP apps and can get on and off this particular FTP with no trouble. though cyberduck is much better.

any help is appreciated.
