I need a drop window on web page linked to ftp site!

I have a web site and I need to have the ability for people to upload files via
a drop window on the web page! I have an ftp server with in and out folders made.
Would I use Cyberduck to create an address link to the (in) box?
When I paste the ip address to the ftp site in iWeb it links to
a Fedora test page with
(If you are the website administrator:
You may now add content to the directory /var/www/html/. Note that until you do so, people visiting your website will see this page, and not your content.)
