Using iWeb I have managed to remove the site :0(

I now get this error when I visit the URL:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

I misunderstood the folder structure and managed to delete things I suspect I shouldn't have.

Can I get a clean folder structure from somewhere so I can start again?

I've done something almost similar (naturally, I'm a newb to this whole process). Is there any way to retrieve a new set of hidden files + others, or do I have to contact my host to get duplicates?
