Ongoing issues uploading phpbb3

So, I've been trying to load phpbb3 to my vistapages account and have had a number of issues but think I have many of them sorted out. I was at the stage of trying to reload the files to my public html directory. I've had to try to upload the files several times before through cyberduck without problems, but this past time, I got a whole slew of errors:
550 Can't change directory to /public_html/phpBB3=
/includes/mcp: No such file or directoryNOOP200 Zzz...CWD /public_html/phpB=
B3/includes/ucp
I contacted vistapages about this and they said they couldn't help because it was the third party applications. So, I'm doubtful this isn't an issue with the directory, but I figured I'd see what help you all could offer.
