Hi

I'm having trouble connecting to cyberduck. FTP error: connection failed appears when I try to connect and below this it says in red 'This security scheme is not implemented.'

I am trying to use cyberduck to upload to my website. I've never done this before, I bought the web space three days ago and am using the password and user name that the web space providers sent me in an email: ftp Username: myname.co.uk
ftp Password: ******* is this right? Please help, I'm getting very fustrated
