Hello a friend has asked me to upload her sisters website onto her domain. She said someone at the Apple store said Cyberduck was the proper program to use for this, but I can't figure how to open the connection.
The file she sent me to be uploaded is an .aspx file. She also sent me her domain name and IP address, and another IP address for the new website within her domain. I also have access to her account at manage.ixwebhosting.com.
I can't open a connection to the IP addresses or the domains through cyberduck, even with the proper username and password. Any suggestions?
