ok finally got connecected to cyberduck but now what?

ok i finally got my iphone connected to cyberduck but now what??
what im wanting to do is add pics to be my icons, then i want new background, and maybe add roms to the nes or sega or w/e but idk how too do this...????
please go into detail instructions please
