cant view pics after uploading onto site...

help guys..i need help with this.....
i am updating my web site...before uploading to cyber duck, i will preview it on my dreamweaver and everything works. but after i upload the page n when i try to view it, i cant view the pics..it just shows a question mark. but i have checked all the relevant folders and the link and everything is in place....
any idea how to rectify the problem??
