Hey All,
I was wondering if there is a way to make CyberDuck send the mime type to S3 when uploading a file. Currently my files are getting saved as xml :(

There is a default mapping applied for a list of known extensions. Refer to http://trac.cyberduck.ch/browser/trunk/lib/mime.types

What is the extension you would like to set the MIME type manually?

I've run into this problem as well getting firefox 3.5 to recognize the mime type of ogg video files, here's my change off an svn checkout to get it working:

Code: Select all

Index: lib/mime.types
===================================================================
--- lib/mime.types   (revision 5344)
+++ lib/mime.types   (working copy)
@@ -583,6 +583,7 @@
 video/mpv
 video/mpeg         mpeg mpg mpe
 video/nv
+video/ogg      ogv
 video/parityfec
 video/pointer
 video/quicktime         qt mov

Everything seems to have compiled nicely, I'll post here again if I continue to have trouble. (i.e. silence = success)

Thanks. I have updated the MIME mapping file in revision http://trac.cyberduck.ch/changeset/5354.
