Connection problem

I'm a completely non-tech user, so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.

I use Cyberduck to upload photographs to all my photo stock agencies, and it works excellently. I've just started submitting to a new agency, and when I try to connect to them from Cyberduck, I get a "Policy Requires SSL" error message.

I have no idea what SSL is, but does it mean I can't use Cyberduck to upload to this agency? They recommend Fetch and Transmit, but I really like Cyberduck, and I'd like to use one client for all my uploading.

So bearing in mind that I don't understand tech, can I fix this or not? In case it's important, I'm using Cyberduck 3.2 (4648) and running MacOSX 10.4.11 on an old iMac.

Customer Support at my agency says: "We do have people uploading using Cyberduck. If you are getting the "requires SSL" message, then you should just be able to change that setting and it'll work fine."

So how do I do that? I can't find a likely-looking setting in Preferences or anywhere else...
