Transfer of files from one location to another

Hi,

I'm trying to copy files from one site to another. I thought I would be able to drag across from one browser window to the other (with both connections open) or perhaps use Edit>Copy Url and then Edit> Paste URL but I'm unable to any of these actions. Has this something to do with permissions ?

I don´t know how this can be done using Cyberduck.
Usually i use muCommander for such transfers.

I've also haven't done this using Cyberduck. You can also try Securefx.
