Connection is failing everytime

Hi there. My name is Mark.

I am using cyberduck to log onto a server.

The server is pretty simple usually to log onto but this time it will not let me log on.

It says 'FTP: error Connection Failed ftp://prescottandmackay.co.uk:21 ?"

I dont understand what the question mark is at all.

This is the toggle transcript that has been created.
