transfert et téléchargement

j'utilise depuis peu Cyberduck, je trouve ça très bien mais savez-vous si il est possible de transférer et de télécharger en même temps?
Connaissez-vous des astuces pour transférer des fichier plus rapidement pour des vidéos de 3 minutes en H264, ça me prend environ 1 heure.

I use Cyberduck, i find it very nice, but do you know if we can send files to a server, and download another file in the same or another server in the same time.
Also, do you have any advices regarding the speed of upload and download, i upload a video file of 3 minutes formats in H264, it wasn't very heavy, and it took at least one hour.
