automatic disconnect after download in v3.6

I recently upgraded to Cyberduck Version 3.6 (6890) and whenever I download a file by drag and drop, it automatically disconnects my Cyberduck browser window. I have to click "refresh" to connect again. This never happened before I upgraded to the latest version. Is there any way to avoid this? Otherwise, I'm going to switch back to the old version.

Edit the bookmark and reset the protocol back to FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
