How Do I Put a Contiuous Music File on Cyberduck?

Hello,
This is my first post here. I am designing my own website using iWeb. Because of iWeb's limitations, there is no way I can play music continuously throughout the website. I did find an html snippet to add to iWeb to bypass this problem. So it seems like my problem is solved, right? Well, no.
On my iWeb site, I made a navigation menu with JQUERY code. This menu doesn't not work with the Continuous Music html snippet. So what are my choices? I was wondering if there was some way I can put a continuous music file directly on to my Cyberduck ftp server. I would like the music to autoplay and loop too. How can I do this?
